All products are handmade and are therefore unique with slight variations. As much a possible the photographs represent the item being sold but there may be slight variations.

Prices and Payment

All prices are listed in pounds sterling and the following cards are accepted:

Orders

Orders will be shipped within 7 working days. If you would like an item that isn’t in stock please email me for confirmation that the product can be made for you and how long it will take. Please note the contract of sale only becomes binding when the item has been finished and dispatched.

Delivery

All items are shipped using Royal Mail and will take 2 to 3 days to reach you once posted. Deliveries within the UK cost £5. Please be aware that deliveries to the Highlands and Islands may take longer. If you need something quickly please get in touch.

Cancellation and Returns Policy

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods. You will receive a full refund on your item and original delivery charge, however, we cannot refund any returns delivery charges.

A full refund will be offered if a workshop needs to be cancelled up to 14 days before the event.
